2. Website Hosting and Security

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

When you visit this website, technically necessary connection information may be processed, including:

This information is used to deliver the website, maintain its security, identify technical issues and prevent misuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

For further information, please refer to ALL-INKL’s Privacy Information.

3. Website Analytics

This website uses privacy-conscious analytics provided by WPHAVE, my independently developed WordPress software.

Analytics data is processed within the website’s own hosting environment. No external analytics provider, such as Google Analytics, is used.

Basic Website Statistics

Basic statistics are collected without requiring analytics consent.

These statistics consist of aggregated daily page views and access counts, without persistent visitor or session identifiers.

No analytics-specific browser storage is required for this processing.

Where personal data is processed during the collection of these statistics, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is to understand general website usage and performance without tracking individual visitor journeys.

Aggregated statistics are retained for up to 61 months.

Extended Analytics

With your consent, additional analytics information may be collected, including:

This information helps me understand how visitors interact with the website and how its content and usability can be improved.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storage of or access to information on your device is based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG.

Extended analytics data is retained for up to 426 days before automated deletion.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the website’s privacy preferences.

4. Cookies and Browser Storage

This website uses technically necessary storage to remember your privacy preferences.

The cookie wphave_consent stores your consent selection for up to 365 days from your most recent decision.

This storage is necessary to respect your privacy choices under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. Any associated processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you consent to extended analytics, the following browser storage may also be used:

Analytics-related browser identifiers are removed when analytics consent is withdrawn. Removing browser data does not automatically delete previously collected server-side records, which remain subject to the retention periods and applicable data protection rights described in this policy.

5. Contact and Communication

If you contact me by email, I process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message and any relevant project details.

Email communication is technically processed and stored through ALL-INKL.

Your information is deleted when it is no longer required for the relevant purpose, unless legal retention obligations or legitimate legal claims require further storage.

The privacy preferences selected on this website do not control data processing on external websites.
